The Florentine Lowball Embossed Glass (Set of 6)

Florence has long been celebrated for its artistry: ornate rose windows, carved stone medallions and the fine craftsmanship of its workshops. The Florentine tumbler draws on that rich decorative heritage, bringing old-world beauty to the modern table.

The glass is wrapped in three tiers of raised, pressed detail. Near the rim, a band of elongated teardrops is framed above and below by rows of tiny beads, like a string of pearls. At its centre, a ring of circular medallions encircles the glass, each one shaped like a blooming sunflower or rose window, with radiating petals and a beaded border. Below, the design flows into fine vertical flutes that run down to the base, adding structure and sparkle.

Every raised detail catches and refracts the light, so the glass shimmers whether it's sitting empty on an open shelf or filled with a bright cocktail. With colourful drinks such as a rosé spritz, a berry lemonade or a citrus margarita, the pattern glows beautifully, almost like stained glass. The textured surface also offers a secure, comfortable grip.

The Florentine is wonderfully versatile. Use it for cocktails such as spritzes, margaritas, mojitos, gin and tonics and Negronis, or for water, iced tea, lemonade, juice, smoothies and iced coffee. It's also lovely as a votive holder, a small vase for fresh flowers, or a container for desserts such as parfaits and panna cotta. Pair it with The Bistro, The Gatsby and The Bodega to build a curated collection of characterful everyday glassware.

Its romantic, vintage-inspired design suits boho, French country, Mediterranean, cottagecore, eclectic and classic interiors, and it looks especially beautiful alongside linen, rattan, terracotta, fresh flowers and soft natural light. It also makes a charming gift for hosts, brides, friends and lovers of vintage style, perfect for weddings, bridal showers, housewarmings, birthdays and garden parties.
