Olive Grove Rectangular Ceramic Platter

Across the Mediterranean, olive groves have shaded long lunches and lively gatherings for centuries, their silvery-green leaves shimmering in the afternoon light. The Olive Grove Rectangular Ceramic Platter captures that warm, sun-dappled beauty, bringing a touch of Mediterranean ease to your table.

The glaze is its signature. A deep olive and moss-green base is scattered with soft, frosted speckles of pale pistachio and sage that drift across the surface like dappled light on leaves. Lighter patches bloom and fade naturally, giving each platter a gentle, painterly depth. Along the walls, the colour warms into soft bronze and caramel tones, and a burnished edge traces the rim, framing the green with an earthy glow. As the glaze flows and crystallises uniquely in the kiln, every platter carries its own pattern, so no two are ever exactly alike.

The shape is clean and contemporary: a long rectangle with softly rounded corners and gently sloping walls that keep food and sauces neatly contained. Its flat, generous base is perfect for arranging food in rows or relaxed clusters.

The smaller size is ideal for appetisers, sushi, dumplings, kebabs, canapés, pickles and desserts, or as an elegant side dish. The larger size suits sharing plates such as grilled vegetables, fish, tikkas, cheese and charcuterie, fruit and festive sweets. Used together, they create a layered, beautifully coordinated table, and both also make stylish trays for candles, keys or jewellery.
